Red Selections

Juicy pomegranate & raspberry aromas, followed by hint of blood orange, fresh flowers, and touch of pink peppercorn.

Black currants with hint of white pepper, anise, and cocoa. Very clean on the palate with hint of oak. Aged and finished in stainless steel with skin contact for body.

Medium to full bodied wine. Features rich notes of stewed black cherry, blackberry, cocoa and baking spices with smooth, well integrated tannins.
Aged for 16-18 months in a mix of French and American oak, adding notes of vanilla and coconut.
Can be enjoyed young but has the structure to cellar for 3-10 years.
White Selections

Crisp, well-balanced wine with notes of citrus and hints of petrol and honey on the nose. Elegant flavours of pear on the palate with lovely lingering finish. Ripe fruit was crushed and skins left on for 15 days, then fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Pale lemon in colour, offering bright aromas of gooseberry, fresh cut grass and lime zest. The palate is crisp and light bodied with lively acidity boosting flavours of green apple and kiwi.

Features notes of pear, lemon and mineral with creamy, balanced palate. Burgundian style, focusing on freshness, acidity and terroir expression.
